This page provides important franchise disclosure information for prospective QuickMountTV™ franchise owners. Federal and state law requires that prospective franchisees receive certain disclosures before signing a franchise agreement.
About the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
The QuickMountTV™ Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) contains 23 items of information about the franchisor, the franchise system, and the franchise agreement. You must receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before you sign any agreement or pay any money to the franchisor.
State Registration Requirements
Franchise offerings are regulated in several states. QuickMountTV™ franchises may not be offered or sold in certain states without first being registered or exempted from registration requirements in those states. Prospective franchisees will be notified if additional requirements apply in their state.
